Who is Keymasha Knight?
Keymasha Knight is a seasoned educator, leadership coach, and cultural strategist with over 20 years of experience driving organizational change, cultivating inclusive leadership, and resolving workplace conflict. As a Senior Consultant with Dr. James Knight’s Leading With Humility team, she plays a key role in delivering workplace culture assessments and conflict resolution training for schools, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations across Northeast Ohio.
Keymasha’s expertise lies in evaluating organizational climate, facilitating leadership development, and designing systems that promote equity, trust, and high performance. Her diverse background—spanning educational leadership, pastoral care, and nonprofit management—enables her to connect with both frontline teams and executive leaders. She has served as a Dean of Culture and Assistant Principal, founded community-based youth initiatives, and led district-wide implementations of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS).
A certified PBIS trainer and CPI-certified in de-escalation techniques, Keymasha has equipped hundreds of educators and leaders in restorative practices and emotionally intelligent leadership. She also brings extensive experience in coaching, program design, and capacity-building, with a focus on fostering belonging, purpose, and sustainable growth.
Keymasha holds a Master of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Concordia University, and a Bachelor’s in Religion from Oberlin College. She is credentialed in Executive Leadership Coaching from Case Western Reserve University.
